STORE USE FRAMEWORK

These terms apply to access to the Surhacnve™ website, purchase of products, and use of related store services.

By visiting the store or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and any policies incorporated by reference.

Customer Eligibility

Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement in their jurisdiction. When a customer allows another person to use their device or account, the account holder remains responsible for activity completed through that access.

Accurate Information

Customers agree to provide current and accurate information during checkout and customer service communications.

We may delay, cancel, or decline an order when information appears incomplete, inconsistent, fraudulent, or unauthorized.

Product Information

We aim to present product photographs, colors, measurements, materials, and descriptions accurately. However:

• Colors may appear differently across screens
• Natural materials may show minor variations
• Measurements may vary slightly
• Packaging may be updated
• Product details may be corrected when errors are identified

Minor variations that do not affect normal use are not necessarily defects.

Prices and Availability

The store may use or link to third-party services. Surhacnve™ is not responsible for independent websites, payment platforms, carrier systems, or third-party policies outside our direct control.

Customer Reviews and Submissions

Customers submitting reviews, photographs, suggestions, or other content confirm that:

• The content is accurate and based on genuine experience
• They have the right to share it
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful, misleading, or abusive

We may moderate or remove content that violates these requirements.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Surhacnve™ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from store use, delivery delays outside reasonable control, third-party services, or misuse of a product.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
