Transaction Currency

Unless a different currency is specifically displayed by the store or checkout system, Surhacnve™ orders are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Customers using cards or accounts issued in another currency may incur conversion charges determined by their bank or payment provider.

Surhacnve™ does not control third-party currency conversion rates or bank fees.

Secure Payment Processing

Payment details are processed through authorized payment systems using security technologies designed to protect transaction information.

Where payment card data is entered directly into an authorized payment gateway, Surhacnve™ does not intend to retain complete card credentials on its own store systems.

Payment Authorization

After an order is submitted, the issuing bank or payment provider may authorize or review the transaction.

Order Confirmation

A successful checkout will normally generate an order confirmation.

Customers should review the confirmation details carefully, including:

  • Size
  • Quantity
  • Billing information
  • Shipping address
  • Order total

No Automatic Subscription for Standard Purchases

Standard Surhacnve™ apparel purchases are intended as one-time transactions unless a recurring service or subscription is clearly identified and expressly selected during checkout.

A normal product purchase does not automatically enroll the customer into a recurring billing arrangement.

Fraud Prevention

For customer and store security, some orders may be subject to additional payment verification.

We may request reasonable confirmation when an order presents unusual payment or delivery information.

Orders that cannot be safely verified may be canceled and refunded where appropriate.

Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are generally returned to the payment method originally used for the purchase.

After a refund has been processed by Surhacnve™, the customer's bank or payment provider may require additional business days to post the credit.
